Dr Gaines is absolutely the best. He is patient, empathetic and understanding. He is a well read, informative doctor you can trust to guide you. He has helped me with my face due a disfiguring injury and a botched prior surgeon. Also boosting my self-esteem with minor improvements I felt necessary for me. He is very highly recommended, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gaines and his staff. Each time I’ve been in his office, I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes before I was put in a room and he comes in, about, 5 minutes later. So nice to not have to sit around and wait forever. Dr. Gaines never makes you feel rushed, he will patiently answer all questions you have and will help to calm your fears. He doesn’t sit on the edge of his seat, with one foot out the door, like most other doctors do. One specific thing about him, that I liked, is that he really listens to what you want and doesn’t just go in and do what HE wants. I probably drove him crazy, reiterating what I wanted to do. But, again, he never acted like I was driving him crazy, he just reassured me. He has always been upfront and truthful about my entire experience and it was much appreciated. It really helped me to determine what route I should go. His staff is also amazing, Melissa, Veronika, Valerie and Rachel. Always professional but also so sweet and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gaines. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend going to Dr. Gaines for your plastic surgery needs. I just had two moles removed and it went really well. I was very nervous and I got nauseous at the sight of blood, but Dr. Gaines and staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. They even gave me a warm blanket and checked in often, taking their time with the whole procedure which was basically painless. He is very skilled, the sutures look great and he has a wonderful bed side manner. His assistant was also amazing and kind. Thanks for taking the time to see me today! Will definitely be back.

Dr. Gaines and his staff were amazing throughout the whole process. I was able to speak to Dr. Gaines directly if I ever had a question at any time. He makes you feel so comfortable and safe. There was no hidden charges or fees. His staff is so friendly and sweet. I can go on and on about how great he and his staff are. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

Dr.Gaines and his incredible staff checked all my boxes before surgery and have checked even more following. Let me start with the staff, they are an amazing group of kind hearted humans. They made me feel comfortable and supported at every point during this process. There was never a moment when I felt I couldn’t reach out, or that my constant questions were pesky in any way. Dr.Gaines is equally pleasant natured, and was very engaged when hearing what my surgical goals were. He never made me feel I needed more than I wanted, and was supportive of my esthetic decisions. I chose him and his staff because of their combined intelligence and overall competence (every person working there appears to understand the various nuances of the surgical and recovery process). I could tell that Dr.Gaines’ background with burn patients supported his understanding of how the body would re-form and properly heal. Speaking to his artistic talents….he is INCREDIBLE!!!! He has a very precise ability to reshape areas and recreate symmetry and balance…….and, as a side note….the office always smells so good 😊
