Dr. Gaines and his staff are extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate! He has been honest and realistic from the start, explaining in great detail each procedure, along with their options and risks. I am now 3 months post-op from a breast implant removal and lift along with a tummy tuck. I am extremely pleased with my results! He has such a wonderful bedside manner and you can tell he truly loves his job. I am so grateful for the exceptional care I have received! I highly recommend him to anyone seeking plastic surgery! Dr. Gaines and his staff are phenomenal. I spent my entire adult life dreaming of a breast reduction but consultations with other surgeons always left me feeling discouraged. Dr. Gaines listened to my concerns, gave me guidance without judgment, and made the decision to move forward with my procedure simple. I felt completely taken care of and safe from pre-op to my multiple follow up visits. My surgery went perfectly with no complications. And I could not be happier with my results! My body feels like MY body for the first time in my life.

I got a breast lift in may & then a breast augmentation in July. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so helpful and nice. Valerie is very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. This office made me feel very comfortable about the surgery.

I got a breast argumentation in 2020. I am leaving this review because as I trying on clothes yesterday and a family member pointed out how noticeable one breast is higher than the other is extremely upsetting to hear. As I already knew that but I try to just deal with it. During my consultation, I explained my concerns of one breast being bigger than the other and what I felt self conscious about. I felt confident that Dr Gaines was going to make this experince great. After surgery and a few days after taking off the bandage wrap, one breast was sitting much lower than the other and looked way bigger. I showed a picture of my concern and was asked to come in. I was told that they are just healing and that I would be very happy with the symmetry after they are all healed. It was a huge difference and even after weeks went by I still kept mentioning my concerns and was continued to be talked out of it. I am now left with one breast sitting much lower than the other. It is very noticeable without a bra. if I mention my concerns to a doctor, they should do everything they can to make it right. Instead I was stressed out being told it’ll be fine and even out. I loved the staff and Dr Gaines, but after the surgery, I felt I was a bother to Melissa and everyone else because I was trying to speak up for myself and kept coming in because of how different they looked. I am very self conscious now and feel I paid to be left with the same issue I had before. I absolutely hate trying on clothes:bikinis and most of the things I have always wanted to wear without a bra I still can’t.

My experience with Dr. Gaines and his staff was outstanding! Melissa was beyond helpful while coordinating my visits. Rachel, Valerie, and Raven are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Gaines went out his way to explain things and clearly has the patients best interests in mind. I can’t recommend them enough!
