My surgical experience with Dr. Gaines, and staff was exceptional from start to finish. He was very informative and thorough during my consult and pre op, so I had realistic expectations and felt confident in the decision I was making. Dr.Gaines and Hannah were attentive throughout every aspect of after care, and I am so pleased with my results. I still see Dr. Gaines for Botox, and he is now the only person I will let inject me. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Gaines.

I'm very lucky and excited that I found Kelly at Dr. Gaines office ! I had been wanting to get my lips injected for a long time but was nervous. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by cheerful staff and the atmosphere was very pleasant and calming which is what I was hoping for. Kelly has great bedside manor and answered all my questions, calmed my nerves, and made me feel important. She made wonderful suggestions since I was a "first timer" and didn't know how exactly I wanted my lips injected. Kelly explained every step of the process and made sure I was doing OK the whole time, which made the experience great and very enjoyable. The whole experience was like a mini luxury trip with a best friend ! I'm completely in love with my results and can't wait till my next appointment with Kelly ! I'm hooked and will be a forever client of Kelly's.

After much research about product and injectors I was so excited to find Kelly at Dr. Gaines office! As Her calm demeanor, cheerful bedside manor and thorough explanation of every step was extremely helpful in calming my “first time “ nerves. From the moment I walked in the office the bright atmosphere and serenity of the clinic was exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience was more than I could have asked for and I am certain that I will be a Forever client of Kelly’s and look forward to my next appointment.

Doing something for yourself is always a struggle but I felt so at ease with my decision when I picked Dr. Gains to do my surgery. Him and his team are so amazingly sweet, informative, helpful, as well as always available when you have that little freak out moment. Lol! I love the way he does the surgery based on what you visually want to see in your results and not based on a number. Although I did choke when I heard the cc’s he’s definitely an expert in accomplishing that amazing look. I highly recommend him to everyone that is considering any type of surgery as his bed side manner is top notch! You will not be disappointed in him or his team! I am am so glad I made this journey with him and so grateful! 🥰

I can’t brag enough about Dr. Gaines, his staff, and his office. On, 6/21/2021, Dr. Gaines did a benelli lift and sub glandular silicone implants on me. My results are perfect. I am beyond grateful. Dr. Gaines was wonderful about listening to my wants. He, thoroughly, explained what procedures were needed to get my desired results (which I appreciated because it gave me confidence that we were on the same page). Prior to meeting with Dr. Gaines, I met with 3 other plastic surgeons. Every time, I walked out of the other offices I left with more questions than answers. This was not the case with Dr. Gaines’s office. His staff was so knowledgeable. I was impressed that they were able to answer many of my questions before I even met with him. Gaines Plastic Surgery office is absolutely beautiful. It has a peaceful feel and calming look to it. I felt 100% confident about having my procedure preformed in his surgery center. I am a 39 year old practical mom of 4. When it comes to plastic surgery “you get what you pay for”. Don’t go cheap. If you’re considering plastic surgery I highly recommend Dr. Gaines!
