The problem I had is that my lip injections look not good. For the amount I paid for them, they should be much more even and they came out looking botched, lumpy, and uneven. I also got convinced to try a “better” filler that ended up costing me $100 more than I expected. I went in to have my lips looked at and they offered to re-inject them and give me the $100 difference off, but I didn’t want to pay for them to inject me again if they were already bad the first time. I just kind of feel embarrassed… I would say go to an aesthetic injector for lips filler instead of here.

Gaines Plastic Surgery is absolutely the best! From beginning to end I felt comfortable, the entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Gaines is a great doctor, very caring. I highly recommend them.

Best experience ever! All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. From the consultation to booking to surgery, it was a seamless experience. My recovery from my breast aug was easy and my results are beyond my expectations!!! I love my new girls! I cannot recommend Dr Gaines and his staff enough!

I can't imagine how Dr. Gaines's office could have made my experience any better than it was. The office is beautiful and every staff member I encountered was pleasant. Dr. Gaines and his assistants took their time explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. I'm very happy with my results even just 2 months post-op. I would recommend this office to anyone!

The staff is extremely friendly and comforting. Dr. Gaines is both knowledgeable and personable, and made my experience as positive and stress-free as possible. They really care about their patients and make themselves available to answer questions and provide post-op support at all times.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Gaines and could not be happier! Absolutely hands down on the the best things I've every done in my life! Dr. Gaines is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better plastic surgeon. I am overwhelming satisfied with my results after choosing Dr. Gaines to preform my tummy tuck. I would recommend his services to anyone that is interested in improving or changing a part of their appearance. I visited a couple of other surgeons in our area and chose Dr. Gaines on a recommendation from a friend. I ultimately chose him for his bedside manner and honesty. I also felt comfortable with him because he did not “manhandle” my body, grabbing parts of me to point out what he “could change” He did not “up-sell” extra procedures to me. He spoke directly about my tummy tuck and answered every question I had with consideration and did not brush any off. There was never a feeling that I was a just “a number” to him or his staff. My result is exactly what I wanted and better than I expected. It’s pretty remarkable that this type of procedure can be performed for people who want it. The staff at Gaines Plastic Surgery was professional and courteous. The offices were comfortable, well maintained and clean.

if you’re considering getting something done with Dr. Gaines this is your sign to DO IT!!! i had a breast augmentation done with him and i’m extremely happy with my results. i had a tuberous case and rather than him see it as something complicated and want to charge a lot more he rather took a different approach and saw it more as a challenge which i loved about him!! i had originally gone across the street first and had left feeling horrible since mine would be a different type of procedure but with Dr. Gaines that wasn’t the case at all! he genuinely cares for his patients and the staff are all super nice and helpful as well. highly recommend!!
