I have wanted a breast reduction, lift and tummy tuck for years now and went to another surgeon, Dr. Tyrone, where I was humiliated and talked down to so as you can imagine I was extremely apprehensive about going to Dr. Gaines after that experience but I can’t put into words how happy I am that I did. He and his staff are so kind and caring and made me feel so comfortable in my consultation that I booked my appointment immediately afterwards. The day of the surgery I was very scared as I’ve never undergone any type of surgery previously and wasn’t sure what to expect but again they amazed me with their kindness and set my heart at ease that they would take great care of me. He worked all through lunch never stopping and even called personally to check on me that evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and group of people to help me achieve a greater confidence in my body and would recommend them over and over again to anyone who is wanting to do any type of surgery. The Doctor and his staff are an amazing group of people that I will be forever grateful for!

Dr. Gaines and his team are so professional and kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and breaks everything down for you in an easy-to-understand way. I had a breast reduction and he prepared me for everything, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel bad or silly for having concerns. He’s extremely accessible via personal phone after surgery for any concerns you or the person caring for you might have and this brought so much peace of mind. I did not have any complications, but did have one weird scare on the weekend and he guided me through it right away remotely and all is perfect now. I am so grateful I opted to have my surgery with Dr. Gaines and his team. From the admin, to the assistants, to the surgeon- They do not disappoint. You can tell they have a nice team dynamic and this is important when you’re going in for a surgery where they all have to work together.

I decided to have my breast implants removed after 20 years and replaced with bigger ones and I am so glad I chose Dr. Gaines. He made me feel really comfortable at my consultation and my surgery results turned out great! He really stands behind his work to make sure you are satisfied. His staff are awesome too always so nice and caring. They know who you are when you walk I the door.Great experience all around!

I had my BA with Dr. Gaines just over a year ago and I am extremely pleased with my results. Dr. Gaines gave me exactly the look I wanted. Surgery day and recovery went as expected with no surprises, and if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommended!!!!

I recently had my lips filled & I am absolutely in LOVE with them! My lips look so full & they altogether look so much better than pre-lip filler! The staff is so nice & absolutely overall amazing! I had the best experience at Gaines Plastic Surgery. The medical assistants are wonderful and so caring. From consultation to over a year post-op Dr. Gaines has been very compassionate and will take his time to make sure you have the best results possible.

From consultation to recovery Dr. Gaines and his staff were fantastic! My surgery was a breast reduction with a lift and I am beyond happy with my results. The surgery changed my life! I am now able to take my daughter to gymnastics and participate with her. I have also been able to return to normal exercise. I can run again, before surgery I had not run in over four years. Dr. Gaines and his staff made me feel welcomed, cared for and important. They were informative and I knew exactly what to expect in concern to surgery day and recovery. Gaines Plastic Surgery is a 10/10!

The problem I had is that my lip injections look not good. For the amount I paid for them, they should be much more even and they came out looking botched, lumpy, and uneven. I also got convinced to try a “better” filler that ended up costing me $100 more than I expected. I went in to have my lips looked at and they offered to re-inject them and give me the $100 difference off, but I didn’t want to pay for them to inject me again if they were already bad the first time. I just kind of feel embarrassed… I would say go to an aesthetic injector for lips filler instead of here.
