I work in healthcare and with many doctors. So, when considering undergoing a face and neck lift, I did extensive research as this surgery is something that needs careful consideration. When I found Dr. Gaines, I knew that I found the best of the best. His training and experience is extensive. More importantly, Dr. Gaines is genuine, caring, and compassionate. He listens carefully to questions and concerns and education is extensive and comprehensive. I was never rushed. Additionally, his staff are amazing, responsive, and function as a true team. These individuals include Veronika, Melissa, Victoria, and Elise. The facility is beautiful and has a self-contained surgery center. My pre- and post-operative care have been beyond comparison. I am ABSOLUTELY OVERJOYED with my results. I feel so much happier and self-confident. People have commented that it looks so "natural" and "remarkable" and that I look "younger" and "more relaxed". Another friend remarked that my "doctor is a true artist." I couldn't agree more. Truly an exceptional experience, doctor and team!!!!

I work with doctors in my job everyday, Dr. Gaines is absolutely one of the best. He performed a breast reduction for me in July. I had ample time to ask all my questions at the consultation. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. His office staff made sure that any concerns I had after the consultation were addressed as well. The day of the surgery, he made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I didn't have any questions. I developed a small complication after surgery and he responded to every text promptly and checked in with me everyday for about a week after surgery. He even responded quickly to any questions I sent over the weekend. I'm three months out now and super happy with my results. No more back pain! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gaines as your first choice and consultation to anyone considering a reduction.

Kelly Wainwright is the botox queen! She truly listens to exactly what your concerns are and gets you exactly where you want to be. She is so gentle and so sweet. I highly recommend her! She is my absolute fav!!
