Super friendly and attentive staff, great work by Dr. Gaines! After breastfeeding two kids for two years each my breasts didn’t handle the recovery well and needed a little pick me up that included a lift and implants. Such a huge and amazing difference it made. So happy!

Dr. Gaines and the staff were wonderful to work with. They made me feel comfortable and at ease during my consultation. They listened to my requests and answered every question I had. Every time I walked in, they remembered who I was and ensured I was in and out at a timely manner. I really felt taken care of. My results look incredible! Would highly recommend Dr. Gaines to anyone.

Earlier this summer I had a breast augmentation done by the wonderful Dr.Gaines! Him and his whole staff were absolutely wonderful to me in this journey. I work in healthcare and with many doctors. So, when considering undergoing a face and neck lift, I did extensive research as this surgery is something that needs careful consideration. When I found Dr. Gaines, I knew that I found the best of the best. His training and experience is extensive. More importantly, Dr. Gaines is genuine, caring, and compassionate. He listens carefully to questions and concerns and education is extensive and comprehensive. I was never rushed. Additionally, his staff are amazing, responsive, and function as a true team. These individuals include Veronika, Melissa, Victoria, and Elise. The facility is beautiful and has a self-contained surgery center. My pre- and post-operative care have been beyond comparison. I am ABSOLUTELY OVERJOYED with my results. I feel so much happier and self-confident. People have commented that it looks so "natural" and "remarkable" and that I look "younger" and "more relaxed". Another friend remarked that my "doctor is a true artist." I couldn't agree more. Truly an exceptional experience, doctor and team!!!!

Dr Gaines & his team are wonderful. They always answer any questions I may have and made me feel very at ease before my surgery as I was very nervous about being under the knife.
