I had an amazing experience after breastfeeding all 3 of my babies I lost elasticity in my breast and one was larger than the other. I did my research,I did a consultation and after I knew Gaines was the place for me. Dr. Gaines was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions as this was my first surgery ever. His staff were also kind patient and knowledgeable. My surgery was smooth and recovery was amazing they called to check-in, my post op visits were equally informative and now a year later im still happy I chose them. Thank you so much Dr. Gaines and the ladies at the facility. I highly recommend this establishment.

There are not enough words for me to describe how thankful I am for Dr. Gaines and his staff. In 2021, I had a breast lift and augmentation preformed by a different doctor. This produced botched results that left me feeling more self conscious than prior to the surgery. When I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Gaines, I was very anxious. Dr. Gaines and his staff eased my nerves and assured me that the issues could be resolved. Not only did he have a plan on how to resolve the issues, he had a back up plan incase the first wasn't successful. He preformed my revision surgery almost 9 months ago, and the results exceeded my expectations. This was a difficult and complex revision surgery to preform and Dr. Gaines did it with ease. Dr. Gaines and his staff treat you like family, they truly care for each of their patients. Additionally, while they made me feel like my feelings and concerns were valid, Dr. Gaines nor his staff ever said anything negative about the doctor that performed the previous surgery. This along with the level of compassion shown by all staff in the practice speaks volumes for Dr. Gaines's character and leadership. If you are looking for a surgeon who produces excellent work and want to be treated with love and compassion, Gaines Plastic Surgery is where you want to be.

Super friendly and attentive staff, great work by Dr. Gaines! After breastfeeding two kids for two years each my breasts didn’t handle the recovery well and needed a little pick me up that included a lift and implants. Such a huge and amazing difference it made. So happy!
