I had a breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Gaines and had an amazing experience. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process which helped my anxiety so much. I went in with no confidence and a negative body image of myself. After my surgery I look exactly how I wanted to and feel so good in my own skin now. The results were perfect. Every one in the office I ever talked to was always so kind and answered any crazy question I had. I am already going back for other services because I feel very confident in Dr. Gaines helping me achieve the look I want. I definitely recommend Dr. Gaines if your looking for a place that really cares about you and your health, not just money. ❤️

My experience with Dr. Gaines was incredible. I was extremely nervous and fearful about getting a mommy makeover and the only thing I regret is doing it sooner. The procedure was so smooth and the care he and his staff have me was exceptional. I'm so happy with my results. I appreciate his attention to detail, time explaining details to me, and making sure I was accommodating in the ways I expressed I needed.

Dr.Gaines and his incredible staff checked all my boxes before surgery and have checked even more following. Let me start with the staff, they are an amazing group of kind hearted humans. They made me feel comfortable and supported at every point during this process. There was never a moment when I felt I couldn’t reach out, or that my constant questions were pesky in any way. Dr.Gaines is equally pleasant natured, and was very engaged when hearing what my surgical goals were. He never made me feel I needed more than I wanted, and was supportive of my esthetic decisions. I chose him and his staff because of their combined intelligence and overall competence (every person working there appears to understand the various nuances of the surgical and recovery process). I could tell that Dr.Gaines’ background with burn patients supported his understanding of how the body would re-form and properly heal. Speaking to his artistic talents….he is INCREDIBLE!!!! He has a very precise ability to reshape areas and recreate symmetry and balance…….and, as a side note….the office always smells so good 😊

Dr Gaines and his staff are awesome. Makes me feel really comfortable, attends to specific needs, and explains things well. Loved the natural looking results and would keep going back for injectables, etc!

Having worked in the medical field and in the OR several years ago I worked beside Dr. Gaines. I ALWAYS admired his work! Dr. Gaines in the OR was patient, never rushed and very meticulous with his procedures AND his work is BEAUTIFUL! I ALWAYS thought when it came time to have my breast redone, I would be looking to find Dr. Gaines. MANY years later here I am, after having implants for 22 years and 3 kids later I decided it was time to invest in myself and have my implant exchange and lift. I can’t say enough about Dr. Gaines and his staff everyone is so welcoming and friendly from the time you walk in the door till you leave! Dr. Gaines is knowledgeable, caring and has a great bed side manner! Both he and his staff were very patient and answered all my questions. I’ve had my first surgery lift/explant (surgery done in 2 parts) and I’m so excited with the results, Dr. Gaines called the night of sx to check on me and was sent home with an arm band with a number to call direct if there were any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Gaines and his beautiful staff they are TOP-NOTCH… I can’t wait for the replacements in a few weeks!! (.)(.)

I had an amazing experience after breastfeeding all 3 of my babies I lost elasticity in my breast and one was larger than the other. I did my research,I did a consultation and after I knew Gaines was the place for me. Dr. Gaines was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions as this was my first surgery ever. His staff were also kind patient and knowledgeable. My surgery was smooth and recovery was amazing they called to check-in, my post op visits were equally informative and now a year later im still happy I chose them.
