i have lost over 200 pounds and was at a point in my weight loss journey to have a Tummy Tuck. In early 2014 I had a Tummy Tuck by a different surgeon and did not get the results promised. I then was lucky enough to have found Dr. Gregory Gaines who performed an Extended Tummy Tuck on me in August. I was so anxious about having to have this surgery completely redone. Dr. Gaines and his staff are exceptional at what they do. As soon as I met Dr. Gaines, I knew he was the right one to complete my journey for me. He assured me that he could take care of me and get me the results that I desired. His staff were so welcoming and supportive from the first phone call to set up my consultation, the pre op visits , the surgery, and the post op visits. When you arrive at his office you are welcomed like you are a part of their family. They make you feel important and special. I remember going to my appointment the day after my surgery..feeling very anxious as I did not know what to expect and when they opened my binder and I saw the job that Dr. Gaines had done, I was overwhelmed with such emotions of joy. Dr. Gregory Gaines far exceeded my expectations and had finally made all my hard work into a reality. I would highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedures and wouldn't think twice about using him again in the future. His staff are all top notch and very efficient in what they do.

I have been seeing Dr. Gaines since 2007 for Botox and Juvaderm treatments (I love the fact that he never has had a nurse injector and always does these treatments himself). I recently had a facial procedure done in his clinic Operating Room, and I can't say enough about how impressed I was with that experience! The OR facilities were up-to-date, new and comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly and reassuring. I even was able to visit with Kim and Blake, Dr. G's clinic helpers, before and after surgery since the OR rooms are in the same building with the clinic. Dr. Gaines kept me informed of everything that was going to happen, which went a long way toward calming my fears of surgery. The whole experience ended up being really pleasant overall (which is saying a lot, since I'm a pretty big chicken when it comes to surgery)! Everyone at this office works as a team to make you feel that you are the most important person there. And it helps that Dr. G's surgical talents result in excellent results! Strongly recommend if you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon in North-Central Florida.

I have been a patient of Dr Gaines for several years. I drive from Orange Park to his office in Gainesville, as he is the only person I trust with my face. His amazing eye for a natural look with his soft voice make for a great combination / bedside manner.... I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality results.

Dr.Gaines did a breast reduction for me one month ago. Everything is healing nicely. He and his staff are always professional and very personable. What is most evident is that they truly care about their patients: their concerns, comfort, and experience. I am still healing,but I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Gaines for any procedure one is considering, and I will go back to him for anything alse I may want to have done in the future!

One of the reasons that I chose Dr Gaines is his experience as a plastic surgeon in many different areas, especially in facial surgery. Dr Gaines is very meticulous, thoughtful, and caring... He listened to my concerns and together we came up with a plan for my facelift and brow lift. The staff is very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. My care after my surgery has been wonderful! I am extremely happy with the results! I would definitely encourage anyone thinking of plastic surgery to go to him!

Dr. Gaines and staff are the whole package! I had a phenomenal experience during each visit in preparing and getting my BA. Dr. Gaines is very kind, compassionate, and extremely intelligent surgeon. He has a background in Architecture studies which is unique for any physician, but especially for plastics. I was looking for an augmentation to complement my figure and he made me look better than I could have imagined after the surgery. Dr. Gaines is very up to date with the best techniques to prevent complications, which was thoroughly explained during my pre-operative visit. I am so glad I put my trust into his surgical hands. Operating rooms are in the office which are highly qualified, and beautiful!!!! I am very proud to call him my surgeon, being a physician myself 🙂 Highly recommend without hesitation! 🙂
