The best doctor ever and the staff is incredible . I had a boob job and a tummy tuck .He has done a fabulous job. I love love what he has done to me I never thought I could look like this again .I'm 52 years old and I look fabulous..All the staff treat you like your special.If your thinking about plastic surgery then your need to check him out great bed side manner.

Words cannot describe how much I love this office! Dr. Gaines is an extraordinary surgeon and his staff are all so welcoming. Kim, the Office Manager is a breath of fresh air. I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck and I am so happy with my results. Dr. Gaines is truly an artist when it comes to the female body. The office is nicely decorated and makes you feel at home when you walk in. It's also conveniently located so you don't have to worry too much about being seen. They take their time explaining all the risks of the procedure and listen to all your concerns. If you are considering having plastic surgery I strongly encourage you to visit Dr. Gaines for a consultation. I don't recommend this, but I felt so at ease that I cancelled all my other consultations after I met the team.

Dr. Gaines and his staff are wonderful. He does not push extras on you and is very honest in what he believes will work great for the patient. I had implants taken out and it was smooth sailing all the way through. His bedside manner is top notch. You just can't find the type of care he gives very often and it doesn't stop with him his staff is amazing.

He is an amazing surgeon. He is so kind and helpful. I had a breast reduction and he took the time to see me on a Saturday and come back and recheck me when I had concerns. I really could not be happier with Dr. Gaines and his staff! They are top notch and trust worthy. I asked about a tummy tuck and he said that I wasn't a good candidate for the procedure. I cannot be more thankful and happy with dr. Gaines!

I had my first Botox treatment here and had such a pleasant experience. The practice was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and Dr. Gaines was just amazing. He made sure I was doing alright after every step during the procedure and thoroughly explained the procedure and how/why it works based on an anatomical standpoint. He was very friendly, yet professional, and made me at ease by making small talk about Botox experiences. I loved how I was treated and will definitely continue seeing him for my touch ups. Highly recommend!

On a scale of 1 to 10 Dr. Gaines and his staff rate a diffident 10! I had a face lift, breast augmentation, and tummy tuck all within one week. Dr. Gaines explained each procedure in great detail and he and his staff made me feel very comfortable going into surgery. After each surgery Dr.Gaines called regularly to check on me, provided me with his home and cell phone numbers, and made several house calls. Dr.Gaines did such a wonderful job and I am so pleased that I am going back for 2 more procedures. Thank you Dr. Gaines and staff for everything especially for my beautiful new look.

i have lost over 200 pounds and was at a point in my weight loss journey to have a Tummy Tuck. In early 2014 I had a Tummy Tuck by a different surgeon and did not get the results promised. I then was lucky enough to have found Dr. Gregory Gaines who performed an Extended Tummy Tuck on me in August. I was so anxious about having to have this surgery completely redone. Dr. Gaines and his staff are exceptional at what they do. As soon as I met Dr. Gaines, I knew he was the right one to complete my journey for me. He assured me that he could take care of me and get me the results that I desired. His staff were so welcoming and supportive from the first phone call to set up my consultation, the pre op visits , the surgery, and the post op visits. When you arrive at his office you are welcomed like you are a part of their family. They make you feel important and special. I remember going to my appointment the day after my surgery..feeling very anxious as I did not know what to expect and when they opened my binder and I saw the job that Dr. Gaines had done, I was overwhelmed with such emotions of joy. Dr. Gregory Gaines far exceeded my expectations and had finally made all my hard work into a reality. I would highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedures and wouldn't think twice about using him again in the future. His staff are all top notch and very efficient in what they do.
