I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is professional, very kind, and the facilities are fantastic. On top of that I couldn't be happier with my final results.

I originally went to Gaines' office for a 2nd/3rd opinion, but after meeting with Gaines I knew I was lead to the right place. . . Gaines spent as much time with me as I needed, answering every question, offering his advice & opinions, as well as comforting my anxiety about the procedure. . . one year later, I still hadn't gotten the procedure done due to life's difficulties & timing. . . but when I was ready, I knew exactly where to go. . . his assistant Kim & I hit it off immediately, & I gave her a call-we picked right up where I started a year prior. . . she, as well made me feel comfortable, answering & helping with my needs & around my schedule (even coming in on her day off to see me). I am extremely happy with my choice, as well as my results!!! They prepared me for everything, & the procedure, results & recovery have been perfect!!! After being a mom for 16 years, I thought my pre-baby breasts were only a thing of the past, & farfetched. . .I love my results & recommend Gaines to everyone!!!!!! Thank you for reading.

Dr. Gaines and his staff are incredible!! I had a breast augmentation about a year ago and I'm beyond happy with my results, Dr.Gaines is such a kind person and he really listens to you and gives you the result you want. His staff is absolutely wonderful as well.The process was so easy and everyone made me feel so comfortable on surgery day. Everyone here is so sweet and they genuinely care about you. I highly recommend Dr Gaines to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

I had implants in another state back in 2008, in 2014 I had twins and was experiencing some problems with my implants and wanted to get them removed. I decided on this office and couldn't be more happy with my decision. The office staff were warm, welcoming, and always pleasent. The office has always been on time with my appointment schedules. The doctor was amazing as well. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I got a call directly from him the day after my surgery giving me his number in case I needed to get a hold of him since the office is closed on the weekends. I also got another check up call the day after that from kim, also extending her number in case I needed. She also called me again the next day. They are the best and make you feel valued!

I had Breast Reduction Surgery on February 2016 at Gaines Plastic Surgery in Gainesville Fl. I must  say  my experience with Dr. Gaines and his friendly  staff was awesome, very nice and clean environment.  The service that  I  received  was  wonderful and that I'm well pleased with result of my breast surgery,my confident level even increase more   than before and Dr. Gaines being so Professional, Knowledgeable with answering all my question, patience, caring, explained everything, also  after hours I was allow to call asks  any questions or concerns that need to be address about my procedure   not that I had any problems  , but the offer was appreciated. If  I had to do all over again  that would be place  Gaines Plastic  Surgery, so if anyone out there  looking  for a place to feel at ease  this  is  the place.

This place is the most amazing doctors office I have ever been to in my whole life.. From Dr. Gaines , Mrs Kim, Ms Kaley and all the staff they are so caring.. i will forever come here for any future surgery.. Love you guys!!!!

Dr. Gaines took the time to explain all my options - I didn't feel like he was rushing to get somewhere else. He seemed genuinely interested in working with me to come up with the best possible solutions. The office staff were informative and helpful - super staff! Shout out to Brigitte (Dr. Tyrone) for sliding me in a face care consult! Can't believe you guys carry ZO products. Great comprehensive care from both offices! Thanks

Recently I had my eyelids done and am so pleased with my results. The experience was pleasant in the most professional and clean office and surgery area. A huge thank you to Dr Gaines and his staff for having such a caring way on each visit.

The best doctor ever and the staff is incredible . I had a boob job and a tummy tuck .He has done a fabulous job. I love love what he has done to me I never thought I could look like this again .I'm 52 years old and I look fabulous..All the staff treat you like your special.If your thinking about plastic surgery then your need to check him out great bed side manner.
