I have been a patient of Dr. Gaines since October 2015. In that time, he has done Botox, Juvederm and a tummy tuck for me. He has a great sense of balance and symmetry and did just enough to my face to refresh my look without looking overdone. I am now 5 months post-op with my tummy tuck and am very pleased with the result. My clothes are better fitting and it has changed how I feel when I wear them. Dr Gaines is approachable and knowledgeable, and both he and his staff ensure you have all the information you need and support you along the way. Kim, the office coordinator, ensures you have all the information and support you need. Lovely practice!

I was referred to the office by my sister whom could not stop raving about her experience, so while visiting from Boca Raton, FL, I decided I wanted Botox too. I could not be happier with my results let alone the doctor/staff!! Great job, I'll def be coming back for my touch ups:)

Dr. Gaines' work is excellent. He corrected errors from my previous surgery and did a wonderful job. His staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful! I'm so glad I made the choice to use Dr. Gaines' services.

I sustained an injury to my right eyebrow and as a result, over time, a neuroma developed creating a lump under my skin. Dr. Gaines took the time to thoroughly research other neuroma cases and personally called to update me every time he learned new information regarding the condition (the first call was just hours after leaving his office). He then had me scheduled for surgery within days of first meeting him, as I wanted to quickly move forward with the procedure to remove the lump. Dr. Gaines made it a priority to explain in great detail everything from the description of a neuroma to what he planned on performing in the operating room, as well as, what the healing process would be like. He made sure I understood and grasped every aspect of the procedure. It's been 4 months since my operation and although I am still healing, I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Gaines and his staff are incredible people and simply the best in town!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could! I'd had consults with several surgeons in town before meeting Dr. Gaines. I'd also had an unusual number of laparoscopic and abdominal procedures including an umbilical hernia repair, and wanted an abdominoplasty without any muscle stitching. Dr Gaines was the only surgeon who took the time to listen to the reasoning behind what I wanted, and the only one who thought enough of his potential patient's opinion to actually examine my abdominal muscle tone before giving an answer. The others simply told me I wouldn't like the results, that most women cant rebuild enough strength to get a good outcome, so they were unwilling to risk their reputation on doing surgery the way I knew would be best for my own body due to the scars and surgical mesh I had from previous surgeries. BUT - I LOVE my results!!! The outcome was wonderful, it looks great. It's 2 years afterwards, now and I feel so much more confident that I went back to a bikini after 20 years of only one-piece suits. I would and do highly recommend Dr Gaines for his professionalism, his skill as a surgeon, and for the compassion he clearly has for his patients. The staff is wonderful as well, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The entire experience was so positive and supportive. I've had more than a few surgeries - never had I felt in better hands than I did there...

Dr Gaines and his entire staff were attentive and caring to all my needs. Dr Gaines himself called to check on me the night of my surgery. This was the best experience, my outcome was exactly how I was hoping. I plan to go back for all my future procedures! Great office!

My experience with Dr GAINES and his incredible staff has been a wonderful experience. From my first visit to the last. Any questions I had they were all answered. Kim helped me so much with setting date, getting the information about implants. All the staff there was very friendly. The morning of surgery all staff were so kind and helpful keeping me calm. Since moving to Florida 5 years ago I had problem finding a doctor that could give me the Natural Look using Botox and Juvederm. I have finally found that in Dr. Gaines. He really takes his time to make sure it is done correctly and doesn't rush you out of the office like some doctor's do.
