I had been thinking about having this cosmetic surgery for more than a decade. I researched all of the plastic surgeons in and around Gainesville and asked most of my professional coworkers for recommendations. Everything lead me to Dr. Gaines. I knew from the first moment I met him that he was going to be my surgeon. He is so very detail oriented and has talent beyond my imagination. This was the best decision I ever made, hands-down. I look in the mirror and I can’t believe the results! They are beyond anything I hoped for! I owe a depth of gratitude to Dr. Gaines for giving me back the freedom and life that I always wished to have. Thank you Dr. Gaines and all of the staff that made this come true and changed my life. 🙏

THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I had both an abdominoplasty with no muscle repair, and a brachioplasty, and I could not recommend Dr. Gaines and his team more!! Throughout the entire procedure, as well as consultations I was completely kept in the know of what was going on, as well as completely comfortable. Dr. Gaines and his staff are phenomenal. I spent my entire adult life dreaming of a breast reduction but consultations with other surgeons always left me feeling discouraged. Dr. Gaines listened to my concerns, gave me guidance without judgment, and made the decision to move forward with my procedure simple. I felt completely taken care of and safe from pre-op to my multiple follow up visits. My surgery went perfectly with no complications. And I could not be happier with my results! My body feels like MY body for the first time in my life.

I got a breast lift in may & then a breast augmentation in July. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so helpful and nice. Valerie is very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. This office made me feel very comfortable about the surgery.
