Got my lips done by Dr.Gaines. it was my first time getting them done i was scared they might be too big lol but Dr.Gaines told me ill give you a very natural plump look and if you decide you want them bigger, give us a call within 14 days and we can go a step up. Im on my way to do them today! I also have appt for a BBL and breast implants will make another review after that!!

Dr. Gaines did a skilled job on diagnosis and treatment of a cyst on my face. High points for explanation of the problem, presentation of options, and hand skills (tiny, perfect stitches in a difficult location!). Very happy with the outcome. The office is VERY well run. Such a pleasure to deal with all of them. Very professional, warm and friendly.

Dr Gaines is not only an outstanding surgeon, but a very compassionate person. He goes the extra mile to be sure you are well taken care of before and after your surgery.

Dr. Gaines is very kind, practical, and always gives great advice on what you should do to feel rejuvenated and good about yourself. He never tries to sell you unneeded services. I would recommend him for people who like to have a pick-me-up even if they don't want to have surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gaines since October 2015. In that time, he has done Botox, Juvederm and a tummy tuck for me. He has a great sense of balance and symmetry and did just enough to my face to refresh my look without looking overdone. I am now 5 months post-op with my tummy tuck and am very pleased with the result. My clothes are better fitting and it has changed how I feel when I wear them. Dr Gaines is approachable and knowledgeable, and both he and his staff ensure you have all the information you need and support you along the way. Kim, the office coordinator, ensures you have all the information and support you need. Lovely practice!
