All my questions were answered very promptly and any concerns I had were always taken seriously. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch! Staff is very friendly and the level of care is excellent!

Dr.Gaines was the 2nd PS I visited and it was night and day. He was very personable, educated and humorous. His bedside manor is calm, reassuring, thorough and attentive. I had done a ton of research on BA since I was in high school, I am now 28, I had a clear understanding on what I wanted and right off the bat he told me exactly what I would expect a PS to say for the results I wanted. He and his staff were not at all pushy (like the other doc I had seen previously - it seemed he was compensated by a specific brand and style implant). From the moment I walked in it felt "right". The atmosphere was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was warm yet professional. Mrs. Kim, the patient coordinator, was up beat and personable. Always willing to help if you had a question or needed to change a date. She felt more like a friend who was always excited to hear from you. Kind of a cheerleader and an advocate for you and the results you wanted. I am 3 weeks post op while I write this and still in contact with her. She is just as sweet and kind as the day we met. The day of my surgery I met with the anesthesiologist, I can't remember her name, she was amazing. I told her I was afraid of waking up . She was comforting and made sure she gave me enough juice to make me sleep like a rock, she was there when I woke up. I never got a chance to thank her. After my BA Dr.G. made himself very available if ever I needed him. He gave me his cell phone number, he advised me that I could feel free to contact him after hours at ANY time. He always responded quickly and reassuringly. He personally called to check on me the next morning as did Mrs. Kim. She called me twice 🙂 This facility doesn't just want your money, they care about you, how you are feeling, and your complete satisfaction. I can't speak highly enough about Dr.G, Mrs. Kim and his practice. If you're looking for a PS look no further. I refer everyone to Dr.Gaines. My results are to die for they speak for themselves. Doctor Gaines is an excellent surgeon with a great staff. He did an amazing job on my tummy tuck. I had a lot of loose skin with stretch marks due to pregnancy with twins. I am so happy with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Gaines.

Dr. Gaines and his office staff were fantastic! I had an unpleasant experience at another facility in the past and was hesitant to get another procedure done but Dr. Gaines has completely changed my mind for the better. He took ample time with me to answer questions, look at pictures, and discuss options. The procedure itself was far less painful than my previous one, likely due to the excellent and gentle bedside manner of Dr. Gaines. I couldn't be happier with my results and will definitely return in the future. Would (and will) recommend to anyone!

Got my lips done by Dr.Gaines. it was my first time getting them done i was scared they might be too big lol but Dr.Gaines told me ill give you a very natural plump look and if you decide you want them bigger, give us a call within 14 days and we can go a step up. Im on my way to do them today! I also have appt for a BBL and breast implants will make another review after that!!
