If you want to go to a place that actually takes time with you for you after the surgery. They include free check ups and make sure you get only the best results. I had minimal to no pain and they really calmed me down for it and really made the entire process easy. My waist measurement went from 41 inches to 36.5 inches. I am so much more confident with my body and my life has really turned around.

Dr. Gaines and his staff are amazing. I have had a full extended Tummy Tuck with muscle repair, arm reduction and medial thigh lift by Dr Gaines. His staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I am more than happy with the work Dr Gaines has done for me and highly recommend him, and will be back for more procedures in the future to finish my makeover after 130 pound loss.

Dr. Gaines and his staff are so welcoming and they treat you like family, not like a dollar sign. Dr. Gaines has the best bedside manner and he shapes and contours your body like a piece of art. I’m so blessed to have found him!

I went to a few consultations to begin with. I started to get discouraged because I didn’t think I was going find anybody I could trust. Thank Goodness I found Dr. Gaines. He was so sweet. He thoroughly explained what he thought would be best after he listened to what I wanted. His entire staff was absolutely amazing before and after my surgery. Dr Gaines even provided me with his cell phone number if I had any questions or concerns after hours or on weekends. I LOVE my results! I have so much more confidence in myself! I’m now 3 months post op and couldn’t be more thankful!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Gaines and his staff. Naturally, I was nervous. I had done research online, but taking that step and getting a real person involved can be nerve-racking. My concerns were quickly dismissed from the moment I called to schedule my appointment. The phone call went so well. The staff member on the phone let me ask all the questions I wanted and didn’t rush the details. My consultation went even better. I let Dr. Gaines know what I was looking for and his professionalism blew me away. I appreciate him taking the time out to really listen to me. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. He advised a different approach than what I originally thought I wanted. I was so grateful that he was not willing to compromise MY results. We decided together to do two separate procedures. Now that I am on the other side of things, I totally get it and again, incredibly thankful and pleased with my results. My procedures went great. The team was awesome both times and I was well taken care of. I felt like I was the only patient they had because of all the attention and care they provided me. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. Dr. Gaines and Ashley have great personalities and aren’t afraid to laugh with you. The whole team is just fantastic. I went to see Dr. Gaines to get Botox for the first time. The staff there are very caring and take the time to make you feel very welcome. Dr. Gaines and Ashley took the time to explain processes and gave me some great advice about my aging face. I give them 10 stars! And I will be back for a brow lift!

Dr. Gaines is wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better plastic surgeon. He is knowledgeable, genuine, kind and really amazing at what he does. He really cares about his patients and everyone at the office radiates kindness. Dr. Gaines was the third ps I met with and he was incomparable to the rest. I drove two hours to him and it was very worth it. I love my results, he truly listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful for my experience at Gaines Plastic surgery.
