Dr. Gaines is seriously the most down to earth caring plastic surgeon I’ve ever met! He always made sure that I was doing okay and of course was liking my results. I had a medical issue after my surgery (which had nothing to do from actual surgery) but he still checked on me throughout the whole thing even though he didn’t have to. I’ve always wanted a breast augmentation even before having 3 kids. So I spent many years researching exactly what I wanted and knew what to do when it came to finding the absolute best. They always say you get what you pay for and I absolutely did! It was worth every single penny! I can’t give enough good comments about Dr. Gaines and his whole staff! They truly were the absolute best! Thank you so much for giving me the confidence I’ve dreamt of for a long time ❤️

Dr. Gaines has a beautiful office and very friendly staff. They recently moved in to a building with Pure Aesthetics so now I can have everything I want under one roof!

I had a procedure last year at Gaines Plastic Surgery and it was a very positive experience. Dr. Gaines and his staff were all very professional and just as importantly they were all very nice. They make you feel very comfortable. The procedure was explained in great detail and all questions I had were answered in great detail. The results of the procedure were actually better than I even expected they would be. When I have another procedure I will definitely go back to Gaines Plastic Surgery and I highly recommend them.
