Dr. Gaines and his staff were wonderful at all times! Every appointment before and after surgery went great. They make you feel completely comfortable the entire time you’re there and you can tell they care about your outcome and recovery. My surgery went smoothly and Dr. Gaines was there every step after to ensure I was healing properly. I am absolutely in love with my results! I am so happy I went through Gaines Plastic Surgery for my breast reduction.

I usually do not write google reviews, and even made a google throw away account to leave an extensive review, but I am extremely happy with all of my cosmetic procedures done by Dr. Gaines over the past few years. I had a checklist of procedures I wanted done that included lip fillers, under eye fillers, breast augmentation, leg and thigh liposuction and chin liposuction. For Lip fillers- I started with NO lips and wanted a boost to an above average size.. I knew what bad lip fillers looked like (ducky, a little sausagey around the corners of my mouth, filler migration above the lip, and too much top lip projection) and consulted with quite a few providers in Gainesville. I really felt Dr. Gaines and I were on the same page about injection technique and what final results should look like. I now have had 6 ml injected into my lips over a span of 2 years- every time with minimal to no bruising, lumps, or unevenness, and have always been happy with the shape. He is very much up to date with latest techniques and trends, and have consulted about a future lip lift. For my breast aug- I have now had my implants for two weeks and love them. Again, Dr. Gaines almost knew and could verablize the look I wanted to go for better than I could. I wanted to be chesty, but not noticeably fake. He really understood and took a lot of time to ensure I would have a "natural" breast slope and I would still be soft looking. I can already feel my implants softening and settling into place, and my scars are very well placed- which was a big concern of mine. I had consulted with a few other providers in Gainesville for this and really leaned towards UF as students receive a hefty discount... Dr. Katz wrote my "measurements" down on a chik fil a napkin- not joking. Which was not surprisingly lost. He had to measure me again at another appointment and magically had very different measurements. If you have had a breast aug consultation, a lot of surgeons will have their own ideas of what you should want or what they think is right. With Dr. Gaines, I really valued his insight and opinion but also felt heard, and I am very happy with my result. Liposuction- I received liposuction on my inner thighs and chin on the same day as my breast augmentation. There are a lot of factors when it comes to liposuction that need to be appropriately weighed, such as exisiting cellulite and your skin's ability to bounce back. I have quite curvy thighs and went in with the impression 'the more fat sucked out- the better' but Dr. Gaines had concerns my existing cellulite would be greatly worsened. We decided to go with a more conversative "shaping" which would take the bulkiness out of areas around my knees which made my thighs look like one thickness all the way down. My legs now look much thinner, nicely tapered, longer and leaner, which was exactly what I wanted- without worsening my existing cellulite. I really cant recommend Dr. Gaines and his staff enough. The price point, quality, and results I've gotten are great and I will keep going to Dr. Gaines for a long time.

Dr. Gaines and his crew are absolutely amazing! I wanted a breast augmentation and my first consultation at a different office left me feeling broken and ashamed. Dr. Gaines was my hero! He spent over an hour with me in my initial consultation and helped me to come up with a plan that would work perfectly for me. He didn’t expect me to just simply comply with what would have been the “norm” but rather listened to my wishes and concerns and went outside of the box to get me stunning results!!!!! I had a unilateral binelli Lift and sub-glandular Implants to get me the “umph” I wanted without all of the extra scars and surgery. I couldn’t be happier! This man is a genius and I am soooo happy to have found him and his team. No matter what procedure you are considering you definitely need to have a visit with this team... you will not be disappointed!

After 3 years of debating on having a breast augmentation, I am more than pleased with my results from Dr. Gaines and could not be more happy I chose him as my surgeon. He is so talented and made sure my results were perfect. I felt so at ease before, during, and after my procedure with plenty of time being spent pre operatively going over any questions I may have. Plus he has excellent bedside manner! I wish there were an option for more than 5 stars! Extremely happy with my overall experience!

Dr Gaines is an incredible surgeon. His work speaks for itself. I spent years searching for a surgeon that could do the surgery that looked natural with minimal scarring. I was willing to travel anywhere in the US to have the work done when I came across Dr Gaines website. I was highly impressed by his work and set up a consultation. I immediately felt comfortable meeting him and his staff. He is so kind and made me feel comfortable and I knew instantly that he was the surgeon I wanted to work on me. He explained everything in detail and went over everything about the surgery and my expected results. In January of 2019 I had my surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results. He actually exceeded my expectations. The healing process was easier than I expected and I healed so well that you can’t even see the scars. He was available at all times after the surgery to answer any questions, and it made me feel like he truly cares and I wasn’t just a number. I feel better about myself and physically feel better. Dr Gaines is a true artist.

Dr Gaines and staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming from the very first visit. Dr Gaines did a wonderful job with my breast augmentation. He was always honest and realistic. I am six weeks out and he continues to make sure I am pleased with the results. I had a few consultations with different doctors and i knew as soon as I got done speaking with Dr Gaines that he was the doctor I would use! I have recommended and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking into plastic surgery!

I’ve never felt more at-ease and informed than at Gaines’ Plastics! The staff and Dr. Gaines himself are so friendly and willing to answer questions and be thorough. The work they did is amazing and exactly what I asked for. I can not recommend them enough !
