After 3 years of debating on having a breast augmentation, I am more than pleased with my results from Dr. Gaines and could not be more happy I chose him as my surgeon. He is so talented and made sure my results were perfect. I felt so at ease before, during, and after my procedure with plenty of time being spent pre operatively going over any questions I may have. Plus he has excellent bedside manner! I wish there were an option for more than 5 stars! Extremely happy with my overall experience!

Dr Gaines is an incredible surgeon. His work speaks for itself. I spent years searching for a surgeon that could do the surgery that looked natural with minimal scarring. I was willing to travel anywhere in the US to have the work done when I came across Dr Gaines website. I was highly impressed by his work and set up a consultation. I immediately felt comfortable meeting him and his staff. He is so kind and made me feel comfortable and I knew instantly that he was the surgeon I wanted to work on me. He explained everything in detail and went over everything about the surgery and my expected results. In January of 2019 I had my surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results. He actually exceeded my expectations. The healing process was easier than I expected and I healed so well that you can’t even see the scars. He was available at all times after the surgery to answer any questions, and it made me feel like he truly cares and I wasn’t just a number. I feel better about myself and physically feel better. Dr Gaines is a true artist.

Dr Gaines and staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming from the very first visit. Dr Gaines did a wonderful job with my breast augmentation. He was always honest and realistic. I am six weeks out and he continues to make sure I am pleased with the results. I had a few consultations with different doctors and i knew as soon as I got done speaking with Dr Gaines that he was the doctor I would use! I have recommended and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking into plastic surgery!

I’ve never felt more at-ease and informed than at Gaines’ Plastics! The staff and Dr. Gaines himself are so friendly and willing to answer questions and be thorough. The work they did is amazing and exactly what I asked for. I can not recommend them enough !

If I had to give Dr. Gaines and his staff a grade for facial work, it would be A++. Every interaction I had with them was professional and caring. Dr. Gaines is superb. First and foremost, he is a top-notch facial surgeon, as evidenced by his attention to detail. He studies your face carefully, and formulates a plan to make you look like yourself--only 10 or 20 years younger. You will not turn into a goon or a startled, stretched caricature of yourself. The surgery he does is complex but minimally invasive. It leaves virtually no telltale signs because the scars are tiny and disappear into the hairline. Second, he takes many precautions to prevent post-op complications (which I have seen become serious in patients elsewhere), including strategically-timed post-op checks. Last, he has a wonderful bedside manner: he is alert, kind, thoughtful, and confident without being arrogant. He has many years of experience, and it shows. You can't go wrong with Dr. Gaines. He is an architect of the face who gets marvelous results.

I was very hesitant to have surgery for my tuberous breasts my entire life. I knew it was a somewhat complicated procedure that could end up looking worse than before. I decided to go through with it after having my initial meeting with Dr. Gaines, and now, a year out, I am even more happy and satisfied with that decision. Dr. Gaines is incredibly kind and knowledgeable as are his staff. They took the care to explain everything to me and figure out the best way to achieve the results that I wanted. After the surgery, Dr. Gaines was available to me (even at 3AM!) when I had concerns during the initial stages of recovery. While I experienced the expected discomfort and swelling associated with this procedure, it was minimal, thanks to Dr. Gaines expert hand. My scarring has healed up nicely as well and the implants have set just as intended and desired - I could not be more elated with the results and my decision have Dr. Gaines perform my surgery. If I ever have to have another procedure done, I would do it with Dr. Gaines and his staff in a heartbeat. They understood and knew how to give me what I wanted and were with me every step of the way to make sure I recovered properly. 10/10!
