After reviewing several plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Gaines when I was looking to get a tummy tuck and breast lift. I'm so glad I found him! He and his staff are so caring and made me feel right at home when I was undergoing treatment and also at the follow up appointments. He has always explained everything in detail and would answer any questions I had. He has an amazing bedside manner and I have never had a problem with not being able to get in touch if needed. I am so happy with my results and make sure I tell everyone that is looking for these kind of services that he is the best.

Dr. Gaines and his staff were so nice and friendly! I am truly impressed at the attention to detail and kindness they showed me! My consultation for an augmentation was about an hour long, he answered every single question I had. Surgery day came and I was so very nervous! His staff treated me like a Queen and really helped to calm my nerves. 10/10 recommend!

I trust my face only to Dr. Gaines and Gaines' Plastic Surgery. I first visited Gaines' Plastic Surgery a year ago for Juvederm and Botox injections. I was 62 years old at the time and had grown displeased by the weathered appearance the creases of age had etched in my otherwise interesting face. The injections resolved the worst of my creases, so I moved on to a series of Morpheus treatments, an FDA-approved procedure that minimizes fine facial lines much in the way dermabrasion does, but without the loss of surface skin. Dr. Gaines recommended this procedure to me, and I have been exceedingly pleased with the results. My face has a renewed suppleness and freshness it was losing before the treatments began. Because I had also experienced radical weight loss (179+ pounds), sagging neck skin, jowling, increasingly pronounced "marionette lines" on either side of my mouth, and puffiness around my eyes had contributed to my having a weary look. But even though I was delighted and impressed by Dr. Gaines' warmth, professionalism, and wealth of knowledge as well as by the warmth and kindness of his staff, I had trepidation about getting a facelift--the procedure that would be necessary to more fully restore a more youthful appearance. Would I still look like myself? Would I suffer any paralysis? Would my face look distorted in any way? Would there be terrible pain and bruising? We are accustomed think this surgery is full of hazards. I had recommended Dr. Gaines to my best friend, and she underwent facelift surgery with him in December 2019. The results were nothing short of astonishing. She retained her own, lovely face but looks a full 15 to 20 years younger. There was little pain and there were no complications. Her experience overcame my fears and Dr. Gaines performed facelift surgery on me in late April 2020. My own experience was equally as positive as my friend’s. Following surgery, I had little pain. My bruising was minimal and short lived. There were no complications. Dr. Gaines and his staff made sure I received fastidious after care. And, now, eight months since facelift surgery, I can honestly report that I look 10 to 15 years younger than I did beforehand. My face appears refreshed, alert, wholly natural, and for the first time in about 20 years, I enjoy the appearance of the person who looks back at me in the mirror. Facelift surgery was something I did for myself and no one else. Dr. Gaines’ expertise turned what had once seemed to me impossible—the return of some of my former beauty and confidence—into the realization of a dream come true, something very rare in this life. I couldn’t be more grateful to him or to his staff and I cannot recommend him more highly. You could travel the world over, I suspect, and not find as expert, sensitive, professional, and careful a plastic surgeon as we are fortunate enough to have right here in Gainesville, Florida, in Dr. Gaines.

Melissa was extremely helpful & made scheduling so easy. Emma was the absolute best & so sincere with every appointment! Clean office & on time! Dr. Gaines was always just a text or call away if I ever had any questions or concerns post surgery also. I could not be happier with my experience or results. Very thorough and knowledgeable Doctor he makes sure you understand everything about the procedure that you may want.
