Words cannot describe how much I love this office! Dr. Gaines is an extraordinary surgeon and his staff are all so welcoming. Kim, the Office Manager is a breath of fresh air. I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck and I am so happy with my results. Dr. Gaines is truly an artist when it comes to the female body. The office is nicely decorated and makes you feel at home when you walk in. It’s also conveniently located so you don’t have to worry too much about being seen. They take their time explaining all the risks of the procedure and listen to all your concerns. If you are considering having plastic surgery I strongly encourage you to visit Dr. Gaines for a consultation. I don’t recommend this, but I felt so at ease that I cancelled all my other consultations after I met the team.

Dr. Gaines and his staff are wonderful. He does not push extras on you and is very honest in what he believes will work great for the patient. I had implants taken out and it was smooth sailing all the way through. His bedside manner is top notch. He is an amazing surgeon. He is so kind and helpful. I had a breast reduction and he took the time to see me on a Saturday and come back and recheck me when I had concerns. I really could not be happier with Dr. Gaines and his staff! They are top notch and trust worthy. I asked about a tummy tuck and he said that I wasn’t a good candidate for the procedure. I cannot be more thankful and happy with dr. Gaines!
