Such an amazing group of staff members! Very accommodating and friendly.

The office is a beautiful space & the staff is incredibly warm and friendly!

Let me start by saying that upon making my initial appointment for a consult, the phone reception and follow up very nice and friendly. I arrived to a beautiful facility and was greeted nice and prompt. The exam by the doctor and his explanation of what he was proposing for my desired surgery was great. I went in as most of us do that desire “elective ” surgery with 1st of all, safety, confident in the surgeon but ultimately cost factors in and this is not a “fly by night” rushed decision that anyone should make. I was given a quote by the Dr’s patient coordinator and it seemed a bit high but it had been 25 yrs since I had my breast Augmentation and things change. Like most of us, we usually get at least 3 quotes/consults. The coordinator seemed nice enough and explained things to me and my husband. In closing, the reason for my Review of (1) star and if there was a zero I would give it. In spite of this, and after I got 2 more consults/quotes ( one of which was less than Dr Gaines, significantly less), I decided to call Dr. Gaine’s coordinator and start proceeding with protocol and paperwork to schedule my surgery. I have phoned in to Dr. Gaines office 4 times and left the Coordinator Melissa Fox 3 messages, NONE!!!!of which have been returned to this day!! I finally left them a general message asking Anyone to call me back and if they were even interested in my business…Nothing…No response! Is this how you run a Plastic Surgery office? Does the Dr care about his reputation? Do they think my money is not green? I’m Latina, is this a problem, bias? At any rate, not a happy camper here the way I have been treated. Hope this does not happen to anyone else. Thank God there are so many other Plastic Surgeons around.

Dr. Gaines is amazing. I feel better in my 40s than I did in my 20s. Dr. Gaines is attentive and caring. I am very happy with the care I received at this office.

I cannot recommend Dr. Gaines and his staff enough. From the time you consult with him ( I went to 3 before) I knew he was the consummate quality doctor I want for my issue.
