I cannot say enough how happy I am with Dr. Gaines and his entire staff. I’ve had 2 procedures, 2 separate times and both times I had an exceptional experience. From start to finish everyone was extremely professional and caring. My results were beyond my expectations and I would recommend Dr. Gaines to anyone!

I was very hesitant to have surgery for my tuberous breasts my entire life. I knew it was a somewhat complicated procedure that could end up looking worse than before. I decided to go through with it after having my initial meeting with Dr. Gaines, and now, a year out, I am even more happy and satisfied with that decision. Dr. Gaines is incredibly kind and knowledgeable as are his staff. They took the care to explain everything to me and figure out the best way to achieve the results that I wanted. After the surgery, Dr. Gaines was available to me (even at 3AM!) when I had concerns during the initial stages of recovery. While I experienced the expected discomfort and swelling associated with this procedure, it was minimal, thanks to Dr. Gaines expert hand. My scarring has healed up nicely as well and the implants have set just as intended and desired – I could not be more elated with the results and my decision have Dr. Gaines perform my surgery. If I ever have to have another procedure done, I would do it with Dr. Gaines and his staff in a heartbeat. They understood and knew how to give me what I wanted and were with me every step of the way to make sure I recovered properly. 10/10!

I was a bit skeptical about having my procedure done at Gaines Plastic Surgery. I had never heard of this practice, but I went with my gut after meeting Dr. Gaines and his staff. Plus, he had good reviews. So I took a chance. I have to say I am very happy so far. I had 2 procedures done. So far, so good. I expressed my concerns to Dr Gaines, and he worked well with me. He did the same procedure I wished for, but using a different technique. I am still in the healing phase. It’s only been several weeks. Minimal scaring. I do wish he could have done more with the jowls, but he did the best he could, and MORE than expected without making it a different and more costly procedure. We do have a plan If it does not improve more that it is currently; I still have some inflammation. He listens and cares. As for his staff, they are super. They made me feel comfortable and special from my initial visit. Very caring, friendly, patient and kind staff. As for Melissa, she was wonderful. She tried to assure me I was in good hands, and I most definitely was. She took the time to return my call on her day off from her home, to answer more questions and concerns I had. She even brought me back in the day before preop to visit with Dr Gaines again to readdress some concerns. I was getting nervous and wanted to make sure we were all on the same page; which we were. Dr Gaines listened again, and heard what I wanted and addressed my fears and concerns. I think I have written a mini book. Lol. I just know how important it is to the patient to be in good hands for life changing experience.

Dr. Gaines did a beautiful job with my blepharoplasty, and I am quite happy with the results. He has a great “eye” for shape and symmetry. The staff is quite nice and friendly and the office seems to be run very well. The building and operating room was very clean and state of the art. He is very kind and capable and I recommend him without reservation.

Kaley Harris performed the service and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend this office as well as this procedure to anyone who would like to improve the appearance of their skin. I felt it turned the clock back years.

Dr. Gaines and his entire office staff are professional and caring. They answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Gaines is highly trained and experienced. The new offices are lovely.

I need more stars⭐!! Dr. Gaines and his entire staff are AMAZING! From first point of contact to consultation to procedure to follow-ups, I always feel like I am the only patient on the schedule. And, the new office is BREATHTAKING! Just like he is with everything he does, no attention to detail is spared. Ashley, Emma, Kaley, & Mika–you ladies ROCK💙!
