I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Gaines and the entire team at Gaines Plastic Surgery for my breast implant removal and lift. From the first consultation to my post-op follow-ups, I felt truly cared for, listened to, and respected. Dr. Gaines took the time to understand my goals, answer all my questions honestly, calm my nerves, and set realistic expectations. His staff was helpful and readily available during every step of the process; I want to especially thank Melissa for her expertise and patience with me and all my questions. If you’re considering any type of breast surgery I can’t recommend this practice highly enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I just don’t have enough words for this amazing group!! Dr. Gaines and his staff are absolutely incredible!! I have been wanting to tummy tuck for years and decided to finally bite the bullet. I live in Jacksonville and had several consults but I just wasn’t getting that “ah ha” feeling. I found Dr. Gaines on the internet and saw that he had several great reviews and decided to give them a call. It’s about a 2 hour drive for me, but as soon as I met him, I knew he was the one. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and was so kind and had wonderful bedside manner. My preop appointment was very in depth. He spent the entire appointment explaining what I could expect before, during and after surgery. He is so reassuring and so confident in his work that it made me feel very safe and comfortable. Day of surgery, I was very nervous and scared but here again, he had nothing but kindness and was so gentle and I knew I was in good hands. Postoperative, I was completely blown away with the results even within the first week!! He did an AMAZING JOB!! My stomach hasn’t been this flat since before I had children. Not only do I have a washboard stomach, the incision is perfect. Straight line and very thin. It is beginning to fade as well, even at 12 weeks postoperative. And I absolutely love my belly bottom. It actually looks like a belly button again! I wore a two piece for the first time last weekend and I felt and looked incredible!! Dr. Gaines and his staff have changed my life and given me my confidence and self esteem back! I am truly appreciative of everything they have done for me!They will never know how much they have impacted me and others that struggle with our self image. It’s an amazing feeling! Took my 8 year old for a pulled ear piercing repair that hadn't healed after two years. The office staff was professional, timely, and exceeded my daughter's expectations. She was nervous and the whole team made her feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Gaines has worked on many of my family members; ages 8-65. We are always so happy with our experience and trust his expertise. He pays attention to the smallest of details, even with an 8 year old! Thanks again!

There are many things I appreciate about Dr. Gaines, and his staff. I appreciate the kindness. I appreciate how he takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the procedure. I appreciate his meticulous desire to minimize any scarring. Overall I’m overwhelmingly happy with my breast reduction. I no longer have migraines or back pain. Gaines Plastic Surgery was a pleasureful experience from my initial appointment all the way though the procedure and the 6-week recovery period. The staff were always curtious and kind, and they took the time to explain my procedure details with a caring attitude. My tummy tuck and breast lift look Amazing and my husband said I look beautiful. My bellybutton looks wonderful, my breasts are perfectly symmetrical and perky, and my stomach is flat as a board. The procedural scaring is barely noticeable and extremely thin. Already I am back to working out and ready to wear my bikini on my Mother's Day Cruise! Absolutely hands down best Doctor I’ve ever been to! So incredibly patient and explained in detail what I would feel like- it was exactly how I felt. I had my implants for 19 years before one ruptured-two weeks before my vow renewal and he made sure I was taken care of. His staff is such a caring and wonderful staff who made me feel completely at ease!
