Melissa is our Patient Coordinator. Affectionately dubbed our “air traffic controller” by Dr. Gaines, she will help you pick a surgery date, compare pricing, and generally put your mind at ease when it comes to pre-surgery jitters (or celebrate pre- surgery excitement with you!) Melissa joined Gaines Plastic Surgery in July of 2017, and loves to spend time with her grandson, Teagan.

With a calm, reassuring presence and a passion for patient care, Valerie is an essential part of the Gaines Plastic Surgery team. From the clinic to the OR, Valerie is a helping hand and reassuring presence in the office. Valerie’s attention to detail, combined with her warm and professional demeanor, allows her to anticipate patient needs and deliver a seamless experience from consultation to recovery.

As a medical assistant, she combines clinical expertise with a naturally upbeat personality that instantly puts patients at ease. Emma Gaines
Media Manager
Keeping our Before & After Gallery and Instagram updated, Emma is our Media Manager. She has been with Gaines Plastic Surgery for seven years, starting out a receptionist in 2018 before becoming a Medical Assistant. She currently makes sure our photo gallery puts your discretion first. If you need tattoos or birthmarks removed before sharing your stunning results, Emma will be sure you go unrecognized.
