The procedure is performed here in our clinic. We have two discreet in-office operating rooms. The procedure typically takes about an hour to an hour and a half, and involves a combination of liposuction and excision of tissue, depending upon the patient, and how much enlargement there is. And recovery time obviously would also vary, depending upon how much work is done. But most guys are back at work within a couple of weeks, wearing a compression garment for up to six weeks. Most of our patients are very pleased with how they look then after surgery in their clothing, or in outdoor activities — say at the beach, or the pool.
